Cancellations
Need to cancel your order? We only accept cancellations for up to twelve hours after you place your order. After that, we are unable to accept any cancellations.
Can’t find something?
If you are looking for something specific but do not see it displayed in our shop, please send us a message. We will try our best to make a custom design for you or find whatever you are looking for!
Estimated Processing and Shipping Times
Please keep in mind that we would like you to receive the very best version of our designs. It may take an extra 3-5 days of processing time to ensure a design's quality. When you make a request, we will provide you with the estimated time that it will take to create your design. We currently ship items out on weekdays, Monday through Friday.
Occasionally, we will ship on other days to meet the needs of our customers. Please check here for updates regarding the current shipping times.
We cannot be held responsible for any items that are shipped without insurance.
Payment and Taxes
Payment must be rendered at the time of purchase before your order will be shipped.
Please remember that you can make PayPal payments without having an account with them.
Please note that if you live in Virginia, a 6% tax rate will apply to all purchases.
Refunds and Exchanges
We currently do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of our items. If your item(s) arrives damaged, we will gladly replace the item. Please message us with your concerns and/or questions before leaving a review so that we can make your customer experience excellent!
