If returned as per our policies, we will refund the full amount paid, minus shipping fees, which have been paid to a courier and are non-refundable.
Custom and personalized orders
We can customize and personalize many of our items. Just let us know through Etsy messaging what you would like and we will do our best to make it happen.
Sizing details
Please use the sizing chart available with every item as some items are sized small or large. When you use the size chart, you should get the best fit.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping or packaging. We also do not offer gift messaging at this time. If you choose "this is a gift" option, we still cannot offer this. We have this disabled, but Etsy has a glitch for this that has not quite been fixed, yet.
Is everything made when ordered?
Yes, we only make an item once a sale is made. This allows us to customize and personalize all orders. This also means there is an estimated production time of 5-10 business days.
We design your order and send our design specs to our printer who finished the making of your item. Then, the printer will ship your item directly to you.
When we cancel your order
If we have a question about your order, such as a sizing difference, address correction, out of stock substitution, etc., we will message you through the Etsy messaging system.
If we do not hear back from you within 2-3 days, we will cancel and refund your order.
Can we credit your prior order when a sale happens?

Undeliverable Orders
When a customer does not claim their delivery, refuses delivery, the address is incorrect not due to our shops error, or the customer is not present for delivery after several delivery attempts by the courier, the order will be "returned to sender."
Once an order is unclaimed and returned to sender, a free re-make is not authorized. The order is returned to the shipping depot, not to the shop. The shipping depot will destroy packages that are not claimed, leaving the customer at a loss.
The customer will need to place a new order in this case.
