Custom and personalized orders
We specialize in customs orders. We offer over 600 different designs in our shop, but we understand that receiving an item with a special name or title makes a gift that more special. If you require special wording, fonts, colors, etc. we are here to make your experience truly unique and specialized, simply reach out and we will be glad to assist to create your one of a kind design.
Shipping
We currently ship to all of North America. We offer shipping both through the post office as well as courier. If you have a time limit in mind to receive your item, please reach out to us so we can assist and find the best way to ship to meet your needs. Standard shipping does not come with tracking, and the post office states that average delivery time is 5-10 business days, however, please keep in mind this can vary depending on time of year, volume of mail, and unforeseen circumstances. I try to keep an updated phot with current shipping information in each listing to help keep you up to date.
Promotions
Once your order arrives, I would absolutely love to see a picture of you with our product. I love seeing my customers enjoying Ocean Wares products, and the best part about it is if you send us a picture or tag us on social media @oceanwares, you will free products, gift certificates, or special coupon codes, just for showing us love. You can send your photo to promotions@oceanwares.com with "Photo" in the subject line.

Problems or Issues with an order
-If for any reason your order is unusually late do not hesitate to contact me so I can personally look into this for you right away.
-If there is any damage to your order once it does arrive, (we all know how mail delivery can be sometimes) please let me know so I can take care of this for you.
