Hi! We create designs for most occasions and sell them in a way that allows everyone to have fresh designs for great prices!

We are so thankful for our customers and appreciate their loyalty. We guarantee you will be happy with your order.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
All payments must be made through Pay Pal. We will not start designing until entire payment has been made or, when necessary, a Non-refundable deposit has been made.
Shipping
Most of our listings include digital files or orders that we print for you.

For our Holiday Cards that we print for you, printed cards will be shipped directly to you. Processing and shipping takes about 7-10 business days (usually less) from the time you approve the proof and pay. Express 3-day shipping is available for an additional cost. Shipping to Australia & Europe takes 2-4+ weeks, and requires a $50 shipping fee.
All shipping during November & December could take longer.

For Wedding Invitations, printed invites will be shipped directly to you. Processing, printing and shipping takes about 4 weeks from the time you approve the proof. If you are in a hurry, $150 rush fee applies. We require a $200 NON-REFUNDALBE down payment before we start processing orders.

Printed orders will automatically be sent to your verified paypal shipping address, unless a request is made via e-mail for them to be mailed to a different location.
Refunds and Exchanges
We send digital proofs through email to insure your satisfaction with our designs. We can not supply tangible printed samples of the design you are ordering. However, we can send free samples of the same print quality of a previous order.
We ask that you scrutinize the proofs of your design that we email. As soon as you approve the final proof, you are 100% RESPONSIBLE for the design in every way. If an error of any kind is found after printing, you are responsible for all of the reprinting costs. Please print a sample of your card before giving approval to print. Errors are caught more easily on paper than on the screen.
Photos given to us to be used in invitations should be 300 dpi or higher for proper print quality. We require the size of your photos to be 1M or larger. You can not hold us responsible for poor photo quality.

Because payment is for our labor only, we cannot offer a refund once a card has been designed.

All of our cards are customizable, but have only been print-tested in the original colors. If you choose to change colors, you are responsible for print quality in those colors.

We cannot be held responsible for lost e-mail. Some spam filters just won't let us through! If you haven't heard from us via e-mail within 24 hours, please email us so we are aware you haven't heard from us.

***Printing Options***
DIGITAL PRINTING: Digital Printing is a fast and affordable modern printing technology resulting in colorful images on a flat surface. You are not limited in a number of colors used. Digital prints are printed on a 80lb cover weight cardstock paper with a faint watercolor texture.
LETTERPRESS PRINTING: Letterpress printing was the typical way of printing in the past before computer technology took over. Now it is a rare art form that is breath taking. The printer makes a plate of the design we give them and literally "presses" it into a thick 110lb cover weight Crane Lettra cotton paper. When you run your finger over the design you can feel the indent. Prices are based on how many colors you want. There are 3 paper color options: bright white, pearl (slight off-white) & ecru (deep cream).


***Ordering***
If wanting a predesigned announcement, please find product on website and follow ordering instructions described on the product.
If wanting a custom announcement or "Love Branded" package, please email jayne [!at] thesparkco.com with the following details: # of pieces wanted designed, qty of each piece, # of colors on each piece, preference of letterpressed or digitally printed, and package you are interested in. She will return a estimate to you in 1-3 days and get you started with the custom design process. Custom design can all be done onlline. Below are the steps taken in developing a custom design.
Step 1) Once you pay $200 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit, Jayne will figure out through emailing what style you are after.
Step 2) She will email many design element options for you to mix & match together to create a unique invitation, exactly in the style you were looking for.
Step 3) She willl email proofs of all the pieces you wanted designed with the elements you chose & your wording.
Step 4) After all tweaks are made to make it all perfect, she will email the final proofs for you to approve to send to printer.
Step 5) Once approved & the remaining balance paid, she will send to printer and you will receive in 2-4 weeks.MISCELLANEOUS

We do have samples of some printed cards. For a small fee we can send you a few!

We will always respond to e-mails and conversations and do our best to have a proof to you within 48 hours. If you haven't received anything in that time frame, please contact us to be sure it isn't lost somewhere in cyberspace.

With digital files, you are purchasing the right to print your design however you'd like, but the completed design still belongs to me. Please do not claim it as your own. Posting your completed design online is perfectly ok; however, it must include a link to http://www.RSVPcustominvitations.com and be credited to "RSVP Custom Invitations."
We will fully uphold the legal rights of photographers. It is illegal for us to use images that are copyrighted without the permission of the photography or company that holds the copyright. By submitting the photos, you agree that you are the photographer or have permission in the form of a copyright license from the copyright holder. You also agree to take full responsibility for any misuse of copyrighted images and agree to not hold us liable for any misuse of copyrighted images.

Because I own the digital file, I often display customer cards on my blog (http://rsvpcustominvitations.blogspot.com) or on etsy (http://etsy.com/shop/RSVPCustomInvitation) or on our website (http://www.rsvpcustominvitations.com). If you wish not to have your card displayed, please let me know AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.

I also add my customer's e-mail addresses to my e-mail list to make them aware of specials and new items. Your information is NEVER passed to anyone else. If you'd like to NOT be included on this list, please let me know!
My shop name and web address will be printed in very small print on the back of printed cards.
