Payment
Items will be shipped within the time estimates given on each listing. For a made to order item, I will contact the customer within 1-2 business days confirming I've received your order, and giving you a shipping time estimate. If you need to cancel your order for any reason you must do it before I ship, and I will issue a refund.
Shipping
I ship via USPS for both domestic and international orders.

Domestic and Canadian shipping comes with tracking and insurance. I will send you tracking information with your shipping notification. All orders will have a shipping notification, so if you do not receive one from me and the time to ship your order has passed please let me know. If you have a problem receiving your package try contacting your local USPS branch using that info. If you cannot resolve your problem with the post office, please get in touch with me and I will try to find your package/get a refund.

International Shipping First Class via USPS does not offer tracking or refunds, so once I ship the item I am no longer responsible for it and cannot offer a refund because of a shipping error. I will give you a customs number with your order, and you can use that to contact your local post office if the item does not arrive after 4 weeks. Please be aware that you may have to sign for your mail and/or pay extra customs fees based on your country's import policy, and those are not included in my shipping price. If you would like to upgrade to priority shipping which is faster and comes with a refund/limited tracking, let me know and I can give you a specific quote.
