Do you take on custom and personalized orders?
No. Unfortunately for now we are occupied and do not take personalized and custom orders.
I don’t have a Paypal account, can I still purchase your products with my credit card?
Yes. You don’t need a Paypal account, you can use your credit card via their service without needing an account, or creating an account. Click on “Pay with Paypal“ then click “Pay with a debit or credit card, …” section below if you don’t have a Paypal account and want to proceed with paying using your credit card or debit card. You can ignore Paypal login process in this case.
What software do I need to use your files?
PNG and JPG files will work with most graphic software(free, pro, online), MS Word and Pages also. Doesn't have to be a professional designer, our resource available for many customers with little skills.
Can I use your artworks in my logo design?
Yes. For your personal logo(for blog, shop, social media) you can use our artworks without the license, if you create any design for a client or for sale you must buy the commercial license.
When and where will I receive the files?
Once payment is cleared, you can download your files directly from your Etsy account. Section "Purchases and reviews".
Note, use some browser, for now Etsy app not supported a downloading.
I have a shop and wanted to know if you allow use of your graphics to create products for sale?
Yes. For commercial use you need to purchase the commercial license.
The graphics may not be used as is, in a stand alone fashion, but rather needs to form part of a new product they must be new designs with noticeable changes, incorporates other resources, graphics and/or text. Products must not be used or sold in a way that is directly competitive with the original graphics you purchased.
For digital product the graphics that form part of the new design have to be flattened and uploaded as a background image where the graphics may not be extracted or moved or customized.
If I purchase the License, do I own the copyright and can I redistribute and sell the items as is?
No. By purchasing OctopusArtis artwork, you are granted non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, one-person license to use OctopusArtis artwork. All rights, title, interest, copyrights and intellectual rights are retained by OctopusArtis.
You CANNOT redistribute any artworks by OctopusArtis as clipart or claim the item as your own for resale in any shape or form. You CANNOT deconstruct the graphic, combine with other graphic, repackage and resell as digital clipart or as is.
What is Personal Use?
Personal Use is defined as using purchased Items in a manner that has no potential monetary gain. Personal Use projects cannot be related to any business, non-profit, or other organization of any kind. All purchased Items may be used in an unlimited number of Personal Use Projects.
Is it possible buy only one image from the item, not all?
No. We sell only the complete item.
