We are no longer accepting custom orders on fringe and once what we have is sold, it will not be replaced. We do not design custom trim, beads or brooches. Everything in this shop is sold as a supply only.

Care instructions are included in the Item Descriptions on some of the trims. It is not recommended that anything made with beaded fringe be handled any other way than hand washed, if that. We do seal the threads prior to cutting the fringe on the back side of the ribbon with a light coat of clear nail polish. If you are using on clothing, it is recommended that you do the same at the top of each strand or glue the fringe so the threads on the back are sealed to prevent unraveling.

We process orders within 1 to 2 days. Shipping days are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Priority and Express orders are given extra consideration. We do not ship on days USPS is closed.

We do offer free first class USPS shipping on product orders $35 or over. Orders cannot be combined for this offer. Shipping upgrades are available from your cart upon checkout and must be purchased with order. We cannot add upgrades after you purchase, so please do so in your cart.

Please check your SHIP TO ADDRESS. We are not responsible if you input your address incorrectly or if your package was stolen after delivery. Please see delivery issues and insurance below.

All items in this shop are calculated by weight to your location for shipping costs. I o not make money on shipping and am losing money on packaging. I will automatically combine shipping on multiple orders if caught. I will refund most overage of the actual shipping collected on multiple orders or any order, but will withhold $.25 for every additional order placed for extra handing time involved. Your refund normally comes the same day your order ships by however you paid for your order. Please save trees and order responsibly.

If your package shows it was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with your neighbors, then contact postman or your LOCAL post office ASAP with your tracking number which is available in your receipt. There is nothing either I or Etsy can do once tracking shows it as delivered. You can also call USPS at 1-800-275-8777 with tracking information.

You MUST notify me within 30 DAYS of ship date to file a claim for a missing package. I cannot file a claim until 20 days from the ship date in the USA or 40 days international. You will be required to make a statement online that the package was not delivered. You will be refunded when you do so.

Most of the beaded fringe in my shop is made with glass seed beads and quality acrylic teardrops and larger beads. Acrylic is a very hardened plastic and many people think it is glass. It is much lighter than glass. I do have some all glass seed and bugle bead beaded fringe at http://etsy.me/1kVELOn.

We are sorry your purchase did not work for you. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 3 days or delivery and ship it back 14 days from delivery. Refunds are provided upon receipt of the returned product. Item must be in the same condition it was upon receipt, or the value of the return can be adjusted accordingly. There may be up to 15% restocking charge on by the yard items. Cancellation requests need to be placed immediately. We sometimes mail out the same day. Once mailed, the order cannot be cancelled. See Return Policy. As Etsy calculates inventory, you cannot request a lesser amount or larger amount than ordered. The order will need to be cancelled and replaced with either a custom order or the correct quantity and menu choice you desire.
