We zijn een gezin van vier, ook zijn we de oprichters van offon kledingmerk. OffOn is opgericht in 2012, sindsdien produceren we handgemaakte of zoals we graag zeggen - hart-gemaakte kleding voor vrouwen en kleine meisjes. Ons bedrijf is uniek door zijn op maat gemaakte aanpak - we produceren geen seizoenscollecties, maar zijn gespecialiseerd in individuele bestellingen. Elk stuk voor elke klant is gemaakt met toewijding en gevoeligheid, van het begin tot het allereerste begin. Wij geloven dat OffOn een oprecht, functioneel en intelligent kledingbedrijf is.
Bij OffOn creëren we voor mensen die eerlijke schoonheid en authentieke eenvoud waarderen. Voor degenen die ervoor kiezen om positief te leven en die genieten van de levensstijl van langzaam leven. Alle kleding die we produceren is geïnspireerd op de persoonlijke ervaring van onze familie en onze dagelijkse verhalen. OffOn is niet alleen waar we in geloven, maar het is ook wat we dragen.
Body positivity
OffOn gaat over emoties, gevoeligheid, vrijheid en gevoelens, maar niet over hetzelfde lichaamsbeeld waar we allemaal in zouden moeten passen. We denken dat elk lichaam perfect is met zijn kleine onvolkomenheden. Bij het bedrijf is ons belangrijkste doel om een relatie op te bouwen met klanten met speciale behoeften en niet noodzakelijkerwijs een standaard lichaamstype. Om die reden passen we elk stuk aan de specifieke behoeften en afmetingen van onze consumenten aan. Honderd procent body positivity is de essentie van ons merk. We werken elke dag om onze klanten blij te maken en hen lekker in hun vel te laten zitten.
Duurzaamheid
We waarderen mensen en omgeving waarin we leven, daarom kiezen we ervoor om duurzaam te produceren. Elk jaar worden miljoenen tonnen textiel verspild, daarom weigeren we om seizoenscollecties te maken en kleding te maken die is aangepast aan individuele behoeften. Elk doek is met de hand gemaakt, we denken niet alleen aan de verkoop, onze verspilling van textiel is 0%. Ook gebruiken we zorgvuldig geselecteerde en hoogwaardige materialen, waardoor onze kleding lang meegaat. We zijn trots op onze duurzame keuzes - zo tonen we ons respect voor de planeet.
Fabriek
OffOn merk en onze fabriek is gevestigd in Litouwen, dat is een van de drie Baltische landen. We zijn blij met een team van professionele en ervaren lokale kleermakers, we vertrouwen op hun vakmanschap en aandacht voor details. De kledingstukken die ze produceren, zijn gemaakt met behulp van oude traditionele vaardigheden - en dat is volgens ons een van de grootste troeven en kennis in ons bedrijf. De werkwijze van onze fabriek is puur gebaseerd op conversatie en groepswerk - elk aspect, elke stap wordt besproken en onderhandeld door het hele team. We volgen ethische modepraktijken - we proberen onze kleermakers zo goed mogelijke werkomstandigheden te bieden. We willen gewoon een betere wereld voor mensen creëren.
We are a family of four, also we are the founders of OffOn clothing brand. OffOn was created in 2012, since then we produce hand-made or as we like to say - heart-made clothes for women and little girls. Our company is unique of its customized approach - we do not produce seasonal collections but rather we specialise on individual orders. Every piece for each client is created with dedication and sensitivity, from the very start to the very beginning. We believe that OffOn is a sincere, functional and intelligent clothing company.

Body positivity
OffOn is about emotions, sensitivity, freedom and feelings, but not about the same body image we all should fit in. We think that each body is perfect with its little imperfections. At the company our main aim is to build a relationship with clients who have special needs and not necessarily a standard body type. For that reason, we adapt each piece to the particular needs and measurements of our consumers. A hundred percent body positivity is the essence of our brand. We work every day to make our clients happy and to let them feel comfortable in their own skin.
Sustainability
We value people and environment we live in therefore, we choose to produce sustainable. Each year millions of tons of textile are wasted, that is why we refuse to make seasonal collections and create clothes that are customized by individual needs. Each cloth is hand-made, we don’t think particularly only about sales, our waste of textile is 0%. Also, we use carefully selected and high quality materials, which make our clothes last long. We are proud of our sustainable choices - this is how we show our respect to the planet.
Factory
OffOn brand as well as our factory is based in Lithuania, which is one of the three Baltic countries. We are happy to have a team of professional and experienced local tailors, we trust their craftsmanship as well as consideration for details. The garments that they produce are made by using old traditional skills - and that, we believe, is one of the biggest asset and knowledge at our company. Our factory’s working method is based purely on conversation and group work - every aspect, every step is discussed and negotiated by the whole team. We follow ethical fashion practice - we try to offer our tailors as best working conditions as possible. We simply seek to create a better world for people.
