Due to recent illegal phishing attempts and harassment from a person in Texas aimed towards artisans, mostly lampworkers/jewelers, bakers and soapmakers, refunds and returns will not be given without prior approval. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have questions

I only accept PayPal, but they do allow you to use major credit cards to make a payment, even without being a member. Please make payment within 48 hrs or, I will cancel the order and relist the item.

I use USPS to ship all of my items. If you need your item(s)shipped quickly, please convo me and let me know and I will be happy to work with you on getting your item to you sooner.
I will get your purchases out and in the mail within 4 to 5 business days, of receipt of your payment. Unless your purchase is made over a weekend or holiday, then it may take an extra day to get shipment off.
I will mail your purchase to the address listed with your PayPal account, if you have a different address that you would like the item shipped to, please convo me upon checkout and I can make adjustments.
I am not responsible for items lost in the mail, so if you would like delivery insurance or confirmation please convo me and let me know before you check out so I can adjust the cost of the item.

Refunds and Exchanges
I will be happy to refund you the cost of your item minus the shipping costs within 7 days of you receiving the product if you are unhappy with it for any reason.
I do my best to capture the true colors of all of my items but please remember that colors can vary from monitor to monitor. So if you have any questions about an item, please ask before purchasing so that we can minimize the need for returns. Thank you!
Additional Policies and FAQs
I am always happy to make custom orders, please convo me with your request. Custom orders will need more time to be created and mailed, due to the need of getting beads or wire that I may not already have. This will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
I am always happy to leave positive feedback for those individuals that pay in a timely fashion. If you ever have any difficulties with a product, before you leave negative feedback for me, please contact me. I will be happy to rectify the situation, to ensure your happiness with the item(s).
**One last note, if you confirm a purchase and then decide to cancel the order, please contact me. It is not a problem if you change your mind and do not want an item, but please let me know this so I can cancel the transaction. No negative feedback will be left. However, if you do not contact me to cancel an item, I will be forced to leave negative feedback for you.
