Welcome to our shop! Please read our policies carefully.

+All items are made to order. This means each item is made specially for you.
+Most wood orders take 7 business days to cut, sand, and paint. Please allow for shipping time beyond this window.
+Prints and acrylic signs are generally shipped 2-3 days from your order.
+All orders are shipped to the address provided to us through your Etsy order completion/Paypal request. Please verify your address carefully during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for an order sent to an address you provide that is incorrect.
+Please specify your color or other special request in the "Notes to seller" section. When you send us a conversation, that is not linked to your order on our end. We do check our conversations regularly, but if you have specific requests related to your order at the time of your order, the best way to ensure your requests are matched to your order is through the "notes to seller."

Immediate payment is expected at checkout. Payment is accepted by credit card, Paypal and money orders.

Please double check to make sure your shipping information on ETSY is correct.

*Signs usually take 7 business days to process and USPS priority has been taking 3-5 days for domestic delivery

*If your order is returned to us do to an incorrect/old shipping address, we will happily send it again, but will need to charge for the additional shipping.

*Additionally.. we do not send out tracking information directly. You will receive tracking through your email that is connected with the order.

*International shipping is sent via International First Class USPS. Please note that first class in NOT insured and we will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items.

*International packages may be subjected to custom fees. The fees a country may or may not place on an incoming package are out of our control and are responsible by the buyer.

*Upgraded international shipping is available by request. The customer is responsible for the extra shipping fees.

*International orders: When you choose a shipping timeframe, that only ensures how quickly USPS can ship to your country. We cannot control the time it takes for your country's customs to sort your package and for your home country's mail system to deliver it.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact me within 10 business days of receiving your order and I will replace or exchange it.

All refunds are done on a case-by-case basis.

You will be responsible for returning items in their original condition as well as return shipping costs. Original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Sale items and custom orders are final sale. Sorry, no exceptions.

You are responsible for providing us with your correct shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address on the customer's end. Please verify your address carefully when you submit your order—there is a screen to do so in the ordering process. If you submit your order and you catch your mistake, email me immediately. Occasionally, we are able to ship an order immediately. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot be held responsible for that shipment. But if it has not been shipped, every possible attempt will be made to match the order to the correct address. We want to make sure you get your order!

In the event of a lost package, I please ask that you wait 6 weeks before I resend your order. It has been my experience that even the most sidetracked packages find their way home in that time frame.
