Care instructions
For best care of vinyl artwork, wash warm/cool inside out, tumble dry low heat or hang indoors, avoid direct contact with iron. (Wrinkles in vinyl can be ironed from the inside.) Please also follow garment's care instructions.
Returns/Exchanges
Refunds issued only due to mistakes on our part. As these are custom made items, I will not be able to offer returns or exchanges. Please read the size charts carefully. Artwork will be made exactly as requested.
Custom and personalized orders
Choose your shirt style and size upon check out. Include any vinyl color and shirt color choices or customizations with your item. Without special requests, your item will be made as shown/described, subject to stock. We are not responsible for spelling or grammar - if customized wording is requested we will use the wording sent as-is.
Processing Time
Items are usually shipped within a week - unless otherwise specified per item. If you've requested a shirt style not in stock or custom design, please allow 5-10 business days for your item to be custom made and shipped. We will communicate with you for timing on your specific request. You're welcome to ask what we have in stock if you're needing it quicker!
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within one hour of purchase for apparel orders only. No cancellations/refunds/exchanges are available for digital items.
