Eko white: good earthy taste, smooth and butterly Eko white taste like food cooked in clay pot. Clean and earthy Ulo has a straightforward taste, does not stick to the teeth, cleans the palate and does not harden stool. The best way to enjoy it is when very dry with not dampness taste. By far my favorite. Calabar has a faint sourness to it. It's still crunchy, mildly sticky but disolves quicky Kaolin is very sticky which makes it hard to appreciate the flavor, it taste simple, like calabar without the faint sourness. Nzu taste a lot like salted earth. Has a lot of sand. My least favorite cuz of the salt( I prefer what I consume to taste as natural as possible) Unfortunately the salt masks the taste of the clay so I could appreciate the taste that much. To clasify them: 1 Ulo 2 Eko white 3 Eko Grey 4 kaolin 5 Calabar 6 Nzu
