WHAT IF I CURRENTLY HAVE A CASE OR COVER ON MY ITEM?
We can fit that too. All we need are good measurements of the two items together. We get as exact a fist as possible, without the actual items in hand we go on just the numbers so we get as close as possible to a good fit.

We are always happy to create a custom size for you. You can purchase an item in a similar size {EX: ipad size for any tablet, Mac 13 for any 13" computer} And leave a note at checkout with the exact dimensions of your item. If you are unsure of which item to purchase, or would like a custom order, just ask, we are happy to help.

Any item can be personalized, purchase this item with your case {unless the case you choose includes monogramming} and leave the info requested at checkout.

Most of our fabrics are 100% Cotton, and should wash just fine. We recommend spot cleaning. Once you feel it needs more, hand wash in cold water, and lay flat to dry. It will need a good ironing most likely.

We ship within a week of purchase *** BUT*** If you have a special deadline you are working with please feel free to ask us, we can usually accommodate. Please note that international shipping can take 2-4 weeks and sometimes more. We do our best to ship as soon as possible, and the Post Office usually does a great job, but it does sometimes take longer.

Yes! Some of our favorite designs have been created by our customers. If you see several fabrics you would like to mix and match just ask! Or if you want to swap flap styles, or take away, or add padding, contact us for a custom order.

YES! Please check in on your etsy account over the next few days. Many times we do have questions regarding size and details. We want to be sure to get those questions answered as quickly as possible so that we can get to work on your adorable sleeve.

We do ship internationally. UPDATE ( with the Covid changes to the world, international shipping is extremely slow right now overall, so please be patient) The processing time can vary from 2 weeks to 6 or more. Most orders seem to arrive in the 2-3 week time period. Unfortunately, we can not track the items when they leave the US. But the good news is that we have had very few lost items. So please be patient should you order, we hope it will arrive quickly.

Check your country for custom and VAT info to determine if you will have any additional charges when you receive your items.

We do accept some returns. Most of our cases are custom made, so if it is personalized to a size or with a monogram, we can not accept a return. If an error has been made on our part, we will go above and beyond to correct it. If you have questions before ordering, please message us. We want to be sure you receive exactly what you want for your gadgets.
