1 out of 5 starsAlthough the bag is pretty the handles are too short to carry it on the shoulders. I bought it from Paris and the price is really too high for a tote you cannot really use.

As quoted from my previous response, to which I never heard back: I'm so sorry my Le Tote Bag was not to your liking. It is true that my original Le Tote Bag has shorter handles than the Large version. I do my best to describe my items in detail to avoid situations like these, which is why the measurements are accurately written on the item listing, and the photos included show how high the the bag rests under the shoulders. For this reason, and as stated in my Policies, unless a mistake has been made on my part, I do not normally issue refunds. However, in this case, since my Le Tote Bag (Large) is currently out of stock (which would have been another option for you), I will happily refund you once the item has been returned to me in its original condition. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience.
