Shop policies
My jewelry is handmade bead embroidered using a variety of fine glass beads, natural stones, Swarovski crystals, freshwater pearls and other high quality materials. I have been beading for over 40 years and it is my deepest pleasure to bring to you pieces created with love and great attention to detail.
None of the pieces you see in my store have ever been made twice. When creating a custom piece, I can borrow some elements from previous designs, but you will never find two exactly the same. Each piece is different and has it's own character making them as unique and one of a kind as each and every one of us.

Most of the pieces are made from fine materials that CAN, if treated roughly, break. We strongly recommend that you treat them with care and do not apply hairspray or use cleaning products as this can affect some of the materials.
If your item breaks during normal wear and tear, send us a photo of the damage to determine the repair charge. Repair charges are on a case by case basis.

JEWELRY CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Beaded jewelry is special and unique, but how do you clean it? Every time we wear jewelry, we expose it to chemicals (in the air, lotions, perfume and hair products), weather conditions and even oils from our skin. Beaded jewelry is delicate and requires a little special care and attention. Here are some tips to keep your beaded jewelry looking beautiful for years to come.
-Prevention
An apple a day keeps the doctor away and a few easy steps will keep your handmade jewelry looking great. Keep jewelry away from chemicals such as perfume, cosmetics, hair products and lotions as they can damage and alter the look of beads, stones, crystals, metal and pearls. When applying cosmetics, perfume and other products, let them dry completely before putting your jewelry on. Remove jewelry before doing household and avoid showering, swimming or sleeping while wearing your pieces.
-Care
Proper, regular cleaning will keep your pieces looking great. Use a soft cloth to gently wipe clean your jewelry after each use. This will remove the oils from your skin and debris picked up throughout the day and help prevent tarnish. Avoid using paper towels or tissue as they can leave scratches. Do not use jewelry cleaner as it will damage gemstones.
-Storage
When you are not wearing or cleaning your pieces, keep them safe from the elements and accidental damage. Store beaded jewelry flat in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If possible, store each piece separately in a plastic bag with the air squeezed out help prevent tarnish and accidental damage.
