Oh My Glitter

I have always had a love for crafting! I started scrapbooking in 2000 and that took my crafting to a whole new level!
Well, Life happened-marriage, kids, etc....while I still scrapbooked when my kiddos were little! I have now started a blog as my "scrapbook" and have taken my craftiness to a different level~!

I started making glitter mugs, tumblers, mason jars, etc in the fall of 2015! I opened my shop then, but then closed it for a while to regroup and redesign! However, I was still making and creating goodies on my Instagram and Facebook!

As far as how I came up with the name 'Oh My Glitter', I am a HUGE reader! I love the Author Kelly Elliot- well in one of her books 'Holding You' Lauren was a "goody goody', so to say! She could never say a cuss word, so she would say 'oh my glitter' well that saying just stuck with me and I started saying it all the time! A good friend of mine read the book too! We both would say 'Oh My Glitter' instead of a cuss word! I was already making glitter dipped drinkware so it was only fitting that I named my shop 'Oh My Glitter'

Due to all items being made to order or personalized, there are no refunds or exchanges, unless there is an error on my part and with a valid picture within 2 days of receiving your item!

Please be sure to review an item description fully before ordering. If you are not clear about an item, please message me to clarify before purchasing. All sales are final, if you have a question or concern please convo me.

Please note changes to orders AFTER payment is received are not guaranteed for your order may have already been started/completed. If you message me right away with a change request, I will communicate with you if I am able to grant your requests.

NO REFUNDS will be issued for broken/damaged items upon arrival. Please see the "shipping" policies on how to handle an item if it arrives broken/damaged.

Payment must be made at time of purchase, if payment is not made within 24 hours the transaction will be canceled and the item will be returned to stock.
Shipping
All items are made in order of purchase date.

I try very hard to ship your item within 1 week. Once I ship your item I will provide a tracking number.
Once your item(s) leave my hands, I cannot control the arrival time.

In the unlikely event your item arrives to you damaged, I will make every attempt to correct and fix this issue for you. Upon receiving your item, within 48 hours we must receive PROOF of damage from the buyer. To file a claim with the USPS - I am required to submit photo documentation of the item to prove it was damaged. Within 48 hours of receiving the item, please send me a picture of the broken item well as a picture of the shipping label that is on the shipping box. Please send this information as soon as possible. I will then submit the claim to the USPS. It can take 1-2 weeks for the USPS to approve or decline the claim. Once I receive determination from the USPS..If the claim is approved, I will recreate and re-ship the item to you, If the claim is denied. I will contact you and advise it would be the buyers responsibility to purchase a new listing or attempt to re-file the claim with the usps. My ultimate goal is to ensure every customer is happy with their products. I will try everything I can to help you.

Please HAND WASH all my drink ware!
The vinyl I use is outdoor vinyl, so it will stand the heat of the dishwasher but I would NOT recommend it! Gentle hand wash with regular dish soap and pat dry!

The glitter is sealed so there is no shedding and is HAND WASH ONLY!
Again, please gently wash with regular dish soap and pat dry!
No soaking or scrubbing!
