STORE POLICY as of NOVEMBER 13, 2018:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please check the spelling you are submitting for personalization request. Items sold through Etsy have priority in my studio. This means no waiting time. Your order will be completed and shipped quickly. NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, NO STORE CREDIT OR NO EXCHANGES WILL BE GRANTED.
CANCELLATION: Cancellations must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
Orders are processed within 1 day of receipt. You will receive a receipt for your invoice paid on Etsy issued by Kandia Haynesworth Designs, LLC. Please review FULL POLICY DETAILS which states your payment is considered confirmation to move forward with your order.
Errors made to your order must be submitted/reported WITHIN 24 HOURS of receipt of your order. If error is our fault, customers are given the option to send item back [shipping paid for by us] for a full refund, accept a discount to keep the item of error or have the item replaced with another item after the error item have been returned.
Personalization requests are NOT ACCEPTED by telephone. You must submit personalization requests in writing by text, email or message.
