PROCESSING + SHIPPING for PHYSICAL ITEMS
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping speed DOES NOT affect processing time. If you need your item by a certain date, please message me before ordering to ensure I can meet your deadline ♥

The time it takes to make your order BEFORE it is shipped. (from the day it is ordered to the day it ships)
Currently 3-5 business days (M-F). Holidays observed by USPS are not considered business days.
|| SHIPPING ||
You are able to choose your shipping method at checkout.
Shipping speeds are as follows:
First Class: typically 3-5 days
Priority Mail: effective 4/17/20 USPS has extended to 2-4 days respectively
Priority Express: guaranteed 1-2 days
USPS LOST MY PACKAGE | USPS DELAYED MY SHIPPING | MY ITEM SAYS 'DELIVERED' BUT NOT IN MY MAILBOX
Once USPS is in possession of your order, OhmycutenessShop has no control of the shipping speed and schedule of the USPS and is no longer responsible for the item. Any damaged, lost, delayed, or stolen items are not refundable or exchangeable.
If you cannot locate your item, please call your local post office with your tracking number that was provided in your shipping notification email.
If need be, you can submit a Missing Mail Search Request with USPS here: www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm
Please understand that lost or delayed mail happens and as frustrating as it is, it is completely out of my control. As much as I wish I could, I am unable to assist in finding mail as I do not work with or have any special access with USPS.
CANCELLATIONS | REFUNDS | EXCHANGES
Refunds and exchanges are accepted for non-customized / non-personalized PHYSICAL items only. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Instant and Digital downloads are not eligible for refunds.
