I accept PayPal only and ship items once payment is received. If you have a problem or complication with payment, please contact me right away to work out a solution! Otherwise, your order may be canceled.
The US Postal Service with delivery confirmation will be used for shipments. Packages will be sent with as much care and character as your product was made. As soon as payment is received, I will have your item turned in to be shipped by the next business day. Please allow up to ten business days for your item to arrive.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for some reason you are not satisfied with the items you receive, please contact me within 7 days of recieving your order for a refund or replacement. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Many of our items are made-to-order, so variations can be arranged prior to or immediately following your payment. Also, we value your input and love collaborating with customers and sellers alike.
