Frequently asked questions
When will my order ship/When will my order arrive?

Current production time on most items is 1-3 days before shipping. Specific production times can be found on each item listing.

Delivery times will depend upon the shipping method you choose during checkout.

US customers can expect their package about 2-7 days after shipping for first class and 2-3 days for priority. Please keep in mind that these times are only estimates and are not guaranteed.

Choosing priority shipping does not change the production time for your order.

International orders are shipped USPS first class. Most orders arrive in about 2 weeks, though orders can take up to 2 months to arrive.

My Etsy Address is incorrect, what should I do?

If your order hasn’t shipped, please contact me ASAP and I will make a note of the correct address to ship to.

If your order has already shipped:
I advise you to contact the post office of where the order is being shipped to. You may be able to get it rerouted to you. Any costs will be at your expense.

If an order is returned to me due to an incorrect address, reshipment will be at the buyers expense. Returned orders due to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds if the order was a custom order.

USPS tracking shows my order delivered, but I haven’t received it.

First check with any roommates or other members of your household. I advise asking your neighbors to see if your package was mistakenly delivered to them. You should also talk to your local Post Office and your mail carrier.

If you live in an apartment complex, please be aware that your package will likely be too large to fit into your mail box and you will need to have a safe place for your item to be delivered.

Orders that show delivered by the USPS are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

What is the topper made of? Is it double sided?

All of my toppers are made from high quality, single sided glitter coated cardstock. Glitter is on the front of the topper only. The back is white and sometimes there may be manufacturer printing on the back.

Cardstock is a paper product and should be handled with care.

My order arrived damaged, what should I do?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days with pictures of your item(s) as well as the packaging. Please do not throw away the packaging.

International Customers: Will I have to pay fees on my order?

If ordering from outside of the US, there may be charges (VAT/customs fees/etc) due when you collect your order. I do NOT collect any of these fees and you will be responsible if any payment is due.

Do you guarantee that my order will arrive by my event date?

I cannot make any guarantees on the amount of time that your order will take to get to you after dropped off with the USPS.

The majority of orders arrive in 3-5 days (within the US), though sometimes there may be issues that cause USPS to delay your package. These issues are beyond my control and I am not responsible if any order arrives past the event date.

No refunds will be given on priority shipping for not arriving within the 2-3 day estimated delivery time.

Packages are not considered lost until 30 days have past since shipped. If your order has not arrived after 30 days from the ship date, please contact me. (45 days for international orders)

My order was misspelled. Can I get a replacement/refund?

I copy the text that is left in the notes section. If I make a mistake, I will remake and ship your order at no cost. If time does not permit, you will receive a full refund.

If you typed the text incorrectly, I will offer a 1 time code for a discount off of a new order (the order must be for the same item).
You will be responsible for the new shipping cost.

No refunds will be given for mistakes in spelling that are made by you.

Color Accuracy

Various monitors and mobile devices can display colors differently. If you have a question about a color, please contact me. I do NOT stock a royal blue or dark green.

My cardstock supplier often sends variations of shades from time to time. I cannot guarantee an exact color match to any past orders. (For example, a shade may be slightly lighter or darker than an order from a month ago).

All colors will be consistent for any single order. (If you order 12 hot pink unicorn cupcake toppers and 1 hot pink unicorn cake topper, they will all be the same shade of pink. If you place an additional order 3 weeks later for another set of toppers, I cannot guarantee an EXACT color match. (The shade variations are usually very minimal).

Returns & Cancellations

Customized/personalized/made to order products cannot be returned. As almost all of my items are customized, please read the product description carefully and don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions.

Any purchase where you select the size or color is considered a custom order.

If you need to return a non customized product, you must contact me within 3 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the buyers expense & original shipping costs are non refundable. Returns must be unused/undamaged and remain unopened from the clear packaging to qualify for a refund.


Due to hygienic reasons - cake toppers/cupcake toppers are NOT eligible for returns.
