Welcome to Old East Workshop. Our aim is to make high quality, handmade, one-of-a-kind items and to get them to you in a timely manner.
Paypal please. Please pay or contact us (if you have questions or problems with checkout) within 3 days of purchase. After 5 days of non-payment or non-communication the purchase will be canceled.
All items are made to order. Allow 2-10 BUSINESS days to process your order. Depending on the volume of order and availability of material it may take longer. In that case we will notify you.
If you need to have your order sent by a specific date, please email or send us a message and let us know so we can prioritize our orders.
No email is sent when a package is shipped. Please check your "Purchases" link to see if your order has been shipped. It is updated on the day that the package is sent. You may also contact us anytime to obtain the status of your order.
Refunds and Exchanges
If the product did not meet your expectation we'll be happy to accept returns that are within 20 days from the date of your purchase. The returned item must never been used and have all parts intact in original packages. Please make sure to package the item safely. (if they come back broken no refunds will be made.) If items are returned within 20 days refund will be made to your PayPal account as soon as returned item is received. Shipping cost is NOT refundable.
Please provide the following information when contacting us about Return/Exchanges:
- Date of purchase
- Your Etsy screen name
- PayPal email address
DO NOT send transaction ID as it does not help looking up your order.
**Damages & Defects**
We ask customers to immediately inspect the items delivered. If any damages or defects were found, Old East Workshop will replace or repair the items without any additional cost to the customer. The damage or defect claim must be made within 3 business days of delivery.
**Clock motor warranty**
Old East Workshop extends warranty on clock motors upto a year from the date of purchase. The customers have an option to replace the non-functioning motor by themselves or have Old East Workshop do the repair. If the customer does the repair, Old East Workshop will send the clock motor without any additional cost. If we do the repair, the customer will be responsible for the item shipping to Old East Workshop. (Old East Workshop will repair the clock and ship the item back to the customer at no cost.)
