5 out of 5 starsLove my gender fluid lanyard!! It arrived super fast and the quality is good. The seller even included an extra rainbow lanyard for me as a gift! I don't know if they normally do this so don't expect an extra one with every order, but it was a super nice surprise!

Sizing details
For Blankets, Bags, Pillow Cases, & Mats: Sizing will always be as close as possible. Due to the Nature of handmade items sizing will vary slightly.
For Clothing: Listings with be as detailed as possible in order to give the clearest possible size. Please take your measurements before purchasing to make sure you are selecting the correct size.
Care instructions
All items will be sent with care instructions if necessary.
Wholesale availability
At this time Wholesale orders are not available. But if you plan on placing big orders of single items message me first and ask for a discount code.
Custom and personalized orders
All Customized Orders and Personalized Orders must be paid in full before production begins.
When will my items ship?
Items will be shipped within 1-3 days after purchase is made. I usually prepare shipments to go out on Mon, Wed, & Fridays. If a federal holiday falls on one of these days , items will post on the next day. Sometimes more often depending on the number of orders coming in. If you need something before a certain time please send me a message ( via conversation) and ask and I will see what can be done. Please do not put request in the note to seller when ordering. I don't see these until I begin filling orders. Thank you
How does my item ship?
All items are sent via First class mail ( USPS) or Priority (USPS). I do this so that all items will have a tracking number. I also closely monitor these numbers to make sure that get delivered. If I feel like a package is lost I will reach out to the customer if they haven't reached out first. My goal is to get my customers their items in a timely manner. Pre-made items will generally process and ship out within 3 days, very rarely this with be extended to 5 days. ( Eg... Holidays, Weather..etc)
Where is my package?
First please check your messages. If there is an issue with your address, I will message you. Second Please make sure when ordering that you use your USPS verified address. Many shipping issues come from people not giving me the correct address. Third, Check your email. I ship out EVERYTHING with a tracking number. Finally Incorrect shipping addresses are the number one cause of price increases in the shop. ***Effective Immediately: Returned Packages with be refunded minus a $5.00 fee for recoup shipping cost and restocking. (This only applies to return to sender packages through the post office.)
