Returns and exchanges
Photos of all shipments will be taken during packing to document the item prior to shipping. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect their package before opening or signing for the package. If the outside of the package is damaged it must be addresses with the shipping company first. It is in our best interest to pack items to arrive at your doorstep undamaged. All Sales are final! No refunds, returns or exchanges especially on instant downloads and patterns.

Shipping
We ship USPS priority mail 50.00 of insurance included. Additional insurance, and/ or signature delivery costs, will be at your option. We are not responsible for lost, stolen items or misdirected items (wrong address). We are currently shipping only to domestic (USA) addresses at this time as we get better established and if demand is there we will ship internationally with the cost of customs and postage done on a per purchase basis.
