I believe in making your shopping experience pleasant and enjoyable. I strive for excellence in transactions, communications and descriptions of merchandise. Keep in mind that vintage items often show signs of wear. This is normal and adds to the charm of the piece.

I try to take good pics and make accurate descriptions including any obvious flaws. I clean most items (if needed) that don't need professional cleaning and may occassionally make repairs if the flaws are minor and can be fixed to my satisfaction.

Estimates in listings are for USPS Parcel Post which is the most cost efficent. If you wish to use other shipping options or add-on servieces (such as insurance, delivery confirmation, etc.) please contact me prior to purchase. Extra services are the responsibility of the buyer. I can't figure these into the shipping costs after purchases are made.

I will always combine shipping for multiple purchases. If you contact me prior to purchase, I'll give you an estimate and change the listing to reflect the new shipping costs. Otherwise I'll refund the overages to your PayPal account.

Because Parcel Post prices vary depending on zone...the shipping reflects cost to zone 8. Please feel free to convo me to see if you qualify for lower shipping costs...all I need is your zip code to give you an estimate. After packages are sent, I figure the actual shipping cost plus the few extra cents to round off to the next nearest dollar as the shipping and handling charges. Any overages of 1.00 or more above that will be refunded to your PayPal account. Shipping refunds are issued only to customers paying with PayPal.

I will be happy to insure packages if requested. Insurance is recommended for expensive and fragile items and, in some cases, I may include a mandatory insurance postal fee to the shipping costs. Please contact me if you wish to have a package insured and I will make adjustments to the postage.

In most cases I will ship within 1 - 2 days of reciept of payment. Allow 5 or more business days for order to arrive within the US. If there is a delay on my end, I will let you know.

If you need a rush order, please let me know and I'll do what I can to speed things along.

I make every effort to pack items well to ensure safe delivery. I do what I can to recycle packing material and boxes.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, I'll be glad to make a full refund as long as the piece is returned in it's original pre-shipped condition. Returned shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

I will pay return shipping costs only if I've misrepresented items or if I've overlooked any obvious flaws. Please convo me if this is the case and describe any imperfections so I can avoid reselling defective merchandise.

Full refunds will be made after merhandise is returned. Items requiring a refund must be returned within 30 days of original order. Circumstances beyond my control...damage during shipping or other careless handling are not covered by my warranty.
Additional policies and FAQs
If paying by personal check, please know that I don't ship until payment is recieved. Please contact me if you plan to pay by check.

If payment is not recieved within 10 days of purchase and I've not been contacted, I will assume the buyer has changed their mind and the transaction will be cancelled.

I enjoy knowing that you are satisfied with my items and service. Although I don't ask for feedback or expect it in return...that's totally up to you, the customer.

However, I have no way of knowing if a buyer is pleased or if a package has reached it's destination unless feedback is left. So if the buyer does not leave feedback first, I will wait a sufficient amount of time for the package to reach it's destination before leaving feedback.
