I believe that customer service is an important part of your experience so I welcome questions and requests. I am generally able to respond promptly during my regular U.S. business hours (8:00 - 5:00 EST, Monday - Friday). I do maintain my shop on the weekends as well but may not be as readily available.
Items are priced with consideration for rarity, condition, age and a "you can't touch it before you buy it" factor. My prices are firm as presented.

After your purchase you will receive a personal note including the intended ship date for your package thru the Etsy convo system as well as a message that is automatically generated by PayPal when I process your shipping label.
I use PayPal shipping to generate U.S. shipping labels for packages (this includes all items mailed in padded envelopes). Your domestic postage for a package will always include Delivery Confirmation and I keep a record of the confirmation number generated by the USPS.
Items weighing less than 13 oz when packaged ship 1st Class parcel within the U.S., 1st Class Intl parcel outside of the U.S. If you would like to arrange an alternate shipping method, please contact me prior to payment.
If you would like to request shipping insurance for your purchase, please contact me prior to payment to make arrangements for the additional fee.
I wrap and package all items with proper care for shipment and respect of delicacy....for small items this usually involves bubble wrap and padded envelopes - for larger items bubble and or stryo in the box. I am happy to cushion with newspaper by request and mail small items in a paper envelope if you desire a more eco-friendly package...just make that request when you check out.
Please contact me to inquire about international shipping to countries not included in a listing. I ship to most European countries upon request. I do not ship to some international destinations due to a history of loss or strict import rules. Some items are not available for international shipment due to customs regulations.
Refunds and Exchanges
Your items will be carefully wrapped and sent with Delivery Confirmation, but please keep in mind that things can (and do) happen in the postal system that I have no control over. Most of the items I sell are not things that can be replaced if lost or damaged in transit so if you have concerns contact me to add shipping insurance prior to completing payment.
