Shipped on time, very well made, and very unique. It's held at least 25 lbs things at once :-)

I just bought the turquoise and light blue angora wool. Love them both! It's so soft and very easy to spin with a drop spindle. It shipped the day after I ordered it. I will definitely be buying more wool from OldhausFibers in the future! :)

About

Oldhaus Fibers, family fun with bunnies and wool!

We have a variety of Hand Spun and Hand Dyed fiber items. Many come from our Giant Angora and French Angora, Rabbits. We are an ARBA registered rabbitry.

We blend our Angora with fibers from our friends Sheep, Llama, Alpaca, and Bison. We also have used Camel, Opossum, and other exotic fibers.

We use conventional spinning wheels, antique great/walking wheels, drop spindles to spin our fibers. We also do our own dying of fibers & yarn, along with a variety of felting techniques on our projects.

Please enjoy looking at our site, our on line store, and our blogs
We usually have rabbits for sale, always have fiber, and yarn

  • Kathi spinning Angora, from the bunny

    Owner, Maker, Designer

Kathi is one of the few persons that can spin angora right from the bunny. They have to be molting, in the mood, and like to be rocked (pumping the peddles does that)

  • Kathi Spinning from Spot

Spot & Kathi, showing off how to spin Angora (directly from the bunny) He loves it!!!
