Shipping
All items are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Once your item has shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number for your purchase. I cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses that are provided. Please make sure to check your address and update it as needed. I am also not responsible if you do not pick up your international order due to VAT fees. Items returned for this reason, will not be refunded.
Problems with an order
I appreciate your business, and will do whatever I can to make everything right. If you are unhappy with your purchase for some reason, PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE LEAVING A REVIEW OR FILING A CLAIM. I will be happy to work with you.
Cancellations and Returns
I am unable to accept any changes or cancellations after purchase. If you would like a non-personalized sign to be customized, please message me prior to ordering. Please measure your space and make sure your email and shipping address are correct so your sign will reach you quickly and you will receive all of the tracking information prior to delivery. 🙂
