I am a wife, and stay at home mom to my two beautiful children. I kind of fell into doing what I do. I got my degree in psychology, and was a personal trainer for close to a decade before becoming a stay at home mom. I didn't think I had a crafty bone in my body, but that all changed when I became pregnant with my daughter, Lyla Rae. It started with a few headbands with pre made flowers with the help of my mother in law, and just kept going, and going. My daughter had more headbands than she could possibly wear, and was refusing to wear any at all. I was so in love with making headbands, I had to start selling them just to have a reason to keep making them. I opened my shop a little less than a year ago, and was blown away with how quickly business picked up, so much so that I have to frequently close to keep up. I have found a niche that I love, flower crowns, and photo props, especially newborn props. Flower crowns because they are so feminine, flattering and timeless. Women have adorned their hair with flowers forever, and for good reason. I also love photo props, and photo prop headbands because I love the art of photography, and love making intricate one of a kind designs that stand out, but don't overwhelm a picture. Mostly I just like making things that make people look and feel beautiful. I am thankful that God gave me the passion and creativity to make this possible, he is so Good.
