This necklace is absolutely perfect. Beautiful design and craftsmanship. I generally do not wear any jewelry other than my wedding ring, but this necklace just called out to me. It works perfectly for everyday wear, but I get so many compliments that I could definitely wear it for special occasions as well!

Custom and personalized orders
Many of our items are customized, and may require additional information from you such as, text for custom engraving, letter choices, and even special chain lengths. Please use the “Add an optional note to seller” section at check-out to let us know your specific custom needs. Not sure what to do, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Each piece purchased, is placed on our stylish Olive Yew jewelry card and added to our shiny silver foiled, white jewelry box. Each box also includes jewelry care tips and our “Show Some Love” card, which lets you know how to contact us. Certain items also include a polishing cloth to help keep your item shiny and beautiful. Not all items will be boxed separately.
Sending an item as a gift? Add your personal message to an Olive Yew gift card. Just let us know how you would like it to read in the “Add an optional note to seller” section at check-out.
We ship from the Charlotte, NC, USA to many international countries. Once your item is added to the cart, under shipping, there is a pull down menu with the list of countries we ship to. Once you select your specific ship to country, you will see our shipping cost to that area. The average shipping time is 10-15 days, but can vary with customs and specific area delays.
Items custom ordered, altered, or manufactured to your specifications (including engraved and specific chain length pieces) WILL NOT be accepted for refund, credit, or exchange.
To return non custom item for exchange/refund/repair, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorization form and pricing.
Exchanges and Refunds are possible, unless custom, within 14 days of receipt of item, providing item has not been worn, used, altered, or damaged.
Repairs for items less than 60 days old are under shop warranty and may be repaired or replaced depending on the damage.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping, including customs fees when applicable.
Just like clothing, periodic cleaning is recommended to maintain your jewelry’s beauty. Wipe your chains carefully with a soft dry cloth to keep them clean and free of elements which oxidize. Remove at night and store in a cool dry area of your home, the bathroom is too humid and exposes your items to tarnish.
Special Care for Plated Items
Please check your jewelry items description to see if it is made with any plated materials.
- Do not overly rub plated charms, continual friction you can “wear off” the plating.
- Do not sleep, swim, shower, or exercise in your jewelry.
