These are the perfect size/color to match my dinnerware! Shipment was prompt and the box well-packaged. However, one did arrive damaged (it was clear someone in the postal service had banged around the box quite a bit). I still plan to use the undamaged one, but the vendor was fantastic in terms of refunding me. Her customer service was excellent. Should she have other products that meet my needs, I would gladly purchase from her.

If there is a problem with payment (the credit card expired and you need to update it, you need to put a paycheck in before putting through a purchase, etc.) please contact us and we can reserve the listing for you until you're able to pay. However if we don't hear back from you by the agreed-upon date the item will be un-reserved and back up for sale that afternoon.
We use USPS Priority for most orders, which includes tracking and delivery confirmation. For heavy or awkward items we may choose another carrier in which case we'll contact you via email or etsy convo when we print out your shipping label.
International purchases (on items under 4 lbs) will be shipped via USPS First Class International which is by far the least expensive, but also the slowest and there is no option to purchase insurance. So far we haven't lost a single international package (knock on wood) but some have taken as long as three weeks depending on location, holiday shipping, etc.
Items weighing over 4 lbs will be shipped International Priority. Your item will arrive much sooner, but if you're not located in North America the cost of shipping can get pretty pricey. If we UNDERcalculated the cost of shipping (by more than a few dollars) in one of our listings, we reserve the option to cancel the purchase and correct the item listing. We will save the item and contact you to repurchase it if you like, with the correct shipping cost.
Likewise, if we OVERcalculated the cost of shipping by more than 2 dollars we will refund your PayPal account when we print your shipping label.
Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we try to look at each transaction on a case by case basis and be flexible. In general, our refund and exchange policy is as follows:
We cannot refund shipping costs.
We will take every possible step to ensure that the item is safe and reduce the chances that an item will be damaged in transit. That said, things do happen.
If an item arrives damaged please contact us with photos asap. It's no fun to receive a broken item in the mail and we will either give you a refund (minus shipping costs) or you can exchange for an item of equal value in our shop (shipping paid separately).
If you purchase a set of items (e.g. a set of glasses for $20) and some, but not all, of the items arrived damaged, we will refund you for the damaged items but not the items that arrived intact. That means if 2 of those 4 glasses arrive broken we will refund you $10 but not the full $20.
We are shoppers who purchase things online too, and we will treat you the way we would expect to be treated and handle any issues accordingly.
