5 out of 5 starsRoman's templates for my cover letter and resume ROCK! I am easily intimidated by technology and formatting anything is my nemesis. But, thanks to Roman's downloads (and amazingly easy-to-follow instructions that accompanied them), my resume and letter look like a pro did them! When I had failed to READ THE INSTRUCTIONS and had a question, he was on the spot quick to reply. He quickly explained how to "fix" my issue and never once (although he could have) chastised me for simply failing to read the instructions. {{eyeroll}} Everything from the product to the service exceeded my expectations. I'll look for opportunities to buy from him again!
