I ordered the product because it said 3 rose smokes. I received an email from the shop owner after I purchased telling me it was the quantity listed was a mistake and that they would give me a gift instead of the third smoke. When the item arrived, I opened the package to see a seashell instead of the third smoke. The product image also showed three smokes so I’m confused why they didn’t honor it as a courtesy and correct the listing for future buyers. OR ask me if I still wanted it before shipping it out. The two I received are also bent.
