5 out of 5 starsThe mug is perfect. I gave it to my husband today for Valentine's Day; he's a huge Hobbit and Lord of the Rings fan, and he was absolutely thrilled. I was sweating bullets waiting for the shipment to arrive because I didn't see any shipping updates after January 30th. According to the tracking information, it was in Florida. It was finally delivered on February 11th, so I was able to give him his gift after all. But since the mug is really beautiful and exactly as shown in the photo, the trembling was worth it 👌🏼

Care instructions
Ceramic mugs with black trim are both dishwasher and microwave safe. It is recommended to wash them in the top rack of dishwasher.
Specialty mugs such as the matte neon colored mugs, and the pearl finish mugs, are NOT dishwasher nor microwave safe.
What if my mug breaks after I receive it?
I'm sorry, but mugs that break after you have received your item in whole and undamaged condition are not the responsibility of my shop. I am not responsible for damage once the item has been received and is in your possession, and will not replace an item damaged after receipt.
What if I receive a broken item?
If you receive a broken item, please contact me within 3 days of receipt. Please do NOT throw away packaging, as I will need pictures of the packaging as well as the broken item for insurance claims to be able to reimburse you for your broken item. If you do NOT have multiple pictures of the packaging and broken item for me, I will be unable to refund you for the product.
