What will I receive with my purchase?
You will receive high-resolution JPEG and PDF digital files ready for printing. No physical product will be shipped.
How do I download my files?
After your purchase is confirmed, go to your Etsy account “Purchases and Reviews” section and click "Download Files". You’ll get a PDF file, this file contains a link to a Google Drive folder where you can download your wall art (due to size of the wall art files, they are provided via a Google Drive folder).
Visit the Google Drive folder to download 2 ZIP files (one for JPEG, another for PDF wall art files). Save files to your computer. Make sure you have the tools to unzip the files and access your artwork.

Can I print these at home?
Yes! You can print at home, at a local print shop, or via an online printing service. All files are 300 DPI for high-quality prints.
Can I get a different size than what's listed?
Please contact us and we'll see if we can accommodate your needs!
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and refund is not possible. However, if you have any issues with your files, feel free to contact us — we're happy to help!
Can I use the files for commercial purposes?
No, all artwork is for personal use only. Reselling, sharing, or commercial use of the files is not permitted.
Why do the colors look slightly different when printed?
Colors may vary depending on your monitor and printer settings. For the most accurate results, use a professional printing service.
Do you offer custom designs?
At the moment, we don’t offer fully custom designs, but we're happy to make small edits (like text changes or color adjustments). Please message us with your request.
