Custom and personalized orders

All mugs can be personalized.
• If you like to add custom text on the back of your mug please add this information in your order. All you have to do is include it in “Notes to Seller”. The quote should not be too long so as to fit on the surface of the mug.
• If you like to choose another pattern please contact me and let me know what you have in your mind so as to find together the ideal pattern for you.

When will your order ship?

Your order will be shipped in 3-5 business days after the receipt of your order and when i get the final confirmation for sending it. Orders placed over the weekend will be considered received on Monday.

What is the estimated delivery time once your order has shipped?

We ship our products with the Hellenic Post Office. Worldwide orders will be delivered as A' Class Recorded Mail. Tracking number is provided so as to track and trace your item.
Orders in Greece will be delivered as standard parcel post and tracking number is also provided.
Estimated Shipping Time:
• Greece: 3-5 business days
• Europe: 5-10 business days
• North America: 15-20 business days
• Latin America and the Caribbean: 11-16 business days
• Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 12-17 business days
• Asia Pacific: 12-17 business days
• North Africa and Middle East: 12-17 business days
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.

What should you do if your order is damaged during transit?

If an item arrives damaged you will have to contact me within 48 hours showing me the photos of the damaged item and packaging so as to qualify a replacement. Any item that is received damaged during transit will be replaced with another item.

What should you do if you notice that your address is incorrect?

If your address has changed you should inform the store as soon as possible. Unfortunately, if your order has been shipped no changes to address or cancellations can be done.
Customers should double check their address details before setting their orders.
