ANUNCIO 9 de agosto de 2025. Un pequeño anuncio. Quizás hayan notado que el precio de mis diseños ha subido un poco. Sin embargo, el costo de envío se ha reducido ligeramente. Pero en realidad, NADA ha cambiado. Sí, el costo ha subido $1.96 por diseño, pero el envío ha bajado $1.95 (aunque en realidad es más, ya que el envío por diseño cuesta $7.50). Solo quería avisarles que, aunque se ve diferente, sigue siendo igual. :-)
ANUNCIO: Después de varios años con el "Envío gratuito en compras superiores a $35.00", he decidido que ya no puedo hacerlo. Cuando se realiza un pedido por un total de $35.00, básicamente estoy regalando un diseño completo. Mis precios por diseño son muy razonables. A veces me lleva horas terminar solo uno. Y no quiero aumentar el precio de los diseños. Por ejemplo: Recibimos un pedido de dos diseños por un total de $39.98. El envío estaba incluido porque el pedido superaba los $35.00. El envío cuesta un promedio de $10.25. Esto significa que estoy perdiendo la mitad del precio de un diseño. Espero que entiendan por qué tengo que hacer este cambio. Lamento tener que hacerlo, pero tengo un envío de "Precio Fijo" que usaré, que es de $6.95 por pedido. Cada diseño que se agregue al pedido tiene un cargo de $1.00 por manejo. Es lo mejor que puedo hacer, espero que lo entiendan.

¿Cómo surgió el nombre de mi tienda? Siempre me preguntan cómo lo elegí. ¡Y la respuesta es fácil! Tenía un gato gris. Sí, me encantan los gatos; he tenido gatos blancos, negros y varios naranjas. Pero solo un gato gris (bueno, solo uno blanco y uno negro, pero centrémonos en el gato gris). Cuando abrí mi tienda de Etsy, tenía un gato gris. Se llamaba Snoopy. Un día, mientras yo buscaba un nombre, estaba sentado en mi cuarto de manualidades y se me ocurrió que tenía que estar en algún lugar del nombre de mi tienda. Como era el único gato gris que había tenido hasta entonces, decidí llamar a mi tienda "One Grey Cat Designs". Snoopy falleció el 15 de octubre de 2019 a los 17 años. Pensé en cambiar el nombre de mi tienda. Pero después de un tiempo decidí que necesitaba honrar su memoria y dejar el nombre de mi tienda como está, y sólo habrá UN "One Grey Cat".

ANNOUNCEMENT August 9, 2025 One tiny announcement. You may have noticed that my price for layouts has gone up just a little bit. But the shipping cost has been slightly reduced. But in reality, NOTHING has changed. Yes, the cost has gone up by $1.96 per layout, but the shipping has come down by $1.95 (but actually more since shipping per layout is really $7.50). Just wanted to let everyone know that even though it looks different, it's still the same. :-)
ANNOUNCEMENT: After several years of having the "Free Shipping with purchases over $35.00" I have decided that I can no longer financially do that. When an order is placed for a total of $35.00, I am basically giving away an entire layout. My prices for each layout are very reasonable. Sometimes it takes hours for me to finish just one. And I don't want to increase the price I charge for the layouts. For example: An order comes in for two layouts that total $39.98. Shipping was included since it was over $35.00. Shipping costs an average of $10.25. So that means I am losing half the price of a layout. I hope you all understand why I have to make this change. I hate having to do it, but I do have a "Fixed Price" shipping which I will be using, which is $6.95 per order. Each layout that is added to the order is charged a $1.00 handing fee. This is the best I can do, I hope you understand.
My name is Jill Cornelius and I specialize in Handmade Scrapbook Layouts. All of my layouts that I list measure 12 x 12, and most are 2-page layouts. I do once in a while create single page layouts and those can be located in there own Store Section titled "Single Page Layouts".
I've been a Scrapbooker for over 30 years and during that time have attended many Scrapbook Conventions, Expos and Events. I've also been published "several" times and have won "several" Scrapbooking Contests. All packages that are mailed include Delivery Confirmation in the price of shipping. I do this to protect myself and to reassure you of where your package is. I hope that as a buyer you will see the value in this cost and agree with me that this is beneficial to both you and I.
How did my store get it's name? I get asked how I decided on the name of shop all of the time. And it's an easy answer! I had one Grey Cat. Yes, I'm a cat lover, I've had white cats, black cats and several orange cats. But only one Grey Cat (okay, only one white cat and one black cat too, but let's focus on the Grey Cat). When I first opened my Etsy Store I had a Grey Cat. His name was Snoopy. He was sitting in my craft room one day while I was trying to decide on a name and it hit me that he had to be in the name of my store somewhere. Since he was the only Grey Cat that I had had up to that point in time I decided to name my shop "One Grey Cat Designs". Snoopy passed away on October 15, 2019 at 17 years of age. I thought about changing the name of my shop. But after awhile I decided that I needed to honor his memory and leave the name of my shop as it is, and there will only be ONE "One Grey Cat".
