Custom and personalized orders
I do offer customized orders. Working on custom orders is one of my favorite aspects of my small business. Reach out to me via Etsy messages and let me know what you have in mind.
Due to the custom nature of my personalized items, I can not accept cancellations or returns after I have begun working on your item. However, if you feel the item is damaged or defective, please contact me to discuss your order further. I strive for customer satisfaction, so please don't hesitate to contact me about any issues.
The customer is responsible for double checking the spelling and format of the information given on personalized orders. If font style and thread color are not specified, I will choose what looks best.
Care instructions
- FOR Corduroy Rompers: Machine Wash, Tumble Dry on Low. Iron on lowest temperature if needed.
- FOR Linen Rompers: Machine Wash, Tumble Dry on Low. Iron on a medium temperature if needed.
- Do Not iron directly over any embroidery you may have on your item.
- FOR BLANKETS: Although Minky holds up well to washing and the dyes in the fabric will not fade, it is recommended to wash separately in cool water using a gentle machine cycle. Hang to dry or machine dry on a low setting to ensure long lasting softness. Never iron Minky!
Gift wrapping and packaging
If you would like to send your items as a gift, I will gladly include a note with the package! At checkout, mark "This item is a gift", then include your note in the "Gift Message" box. All items are wrapped nicely before shipping and will never include the price in the package.
You may also purchase gift wrapping at checkout which includes a personalized gift box.
If you purchase a "Personalized Gift Box" from my store you don't have to purchase gift wrapping. Those listings already come in a gift box.

Entering Incorrect Address for Shipping
If you happen to enter the wrong address at checkout, please message me as soon as possible. If the order is shipped with the incorrect address and is returned to me, you will be responsible for payment to reship your order.
