Shipping
Items ship from clean smoke and pet free warehouse. I can ship priority, please send me a conversation if you'd like for it to be priority. Otherwise, they will ship first class for US orders. I ship priority to other countries.

I ship within one business day of payment on most items. Furniture items make take longer depending on our arrangement. Items are packaged to withstand USPS shipment.

I will GLADLY combine shipping. Prior to purchase please contact me with your zip code and items you wish. I will respond with shipping options and quotes.

I will happily ship to other countries other than those listed below – please email me your postal code and I’ll send you a quote.
Refunds and Exchanges

When we issue refunds (minus shipping) upon receipt of the item at our location. Item needs to be in the same condition as which it was sold. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of an item.
