Care instructions
All cookies are individual heat sealed in cello bags to maintain maximum freshness.
I work hard to package my shipments well so that the cookies arrive safely. Occasionally a cookie will great but it will still taste wonderful. Please understand cookies are fragile and One Sweet Shop will not accept returns once the cookies are in the hands of the USPS system. l claims to USPS. If you are concerned about breakage, I recommend ordering 10% more than you anticipate.
Should your cookies arrive damaged please contact me within 24 hours so that I may assist you in contacting USPS to file a claim for damaged goods. I can also help guide you in how to repair a small break.

Refunds/Exchanges
Because the cookies are baked goods, all sales are final. One Sweet Shop cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds.
One Sweet Shop works carefully to make sure each order is baked with care and great taste. Each cookie is made fresh for each customer can therefore may vary slightly from the photo in the listings.
