*Please look over your proofs carefully as it is possible that I could have missed a small error. Once you have given your approval a fee may be charged for any changes requested after printing has begun.
A 25% fee may be charged for rush orders.
You will receive a shipping notification as soon as your package has been shipped. Any order of more than one or two cards will also come with a tracking number.
Shipping fees listed are only for orders sent within the United States. If you would like international shipping please contact me for a quote (international fees vary). Include the quantity you would like to order along with your detailed location so that I may give you an accurate estimate.
Large wedding orders will be packaged in a professional looking white box ensured that your stationery is delivered to you undamaged. (Product is surrounded by packaging peanuts and bubble wrap). A delivery confirmation is included in every order.
*Please keep in mind that the shipping price is not for an overnight method, and you may need to allow up to a week of shipping time, although most orders arrive in approximately 2-5 business days (not guaranteed).

Q: Will I see a proof before my order is printed?
A: Definitely. Once the purchase has been made and I have all of your information I will design a sample piece of stationery for you. I will send you a digital proof and/or detailed photos showing you exactly what your product will look like so that you can be sure you love what you see before the entire order is printed.
*The cost listed for each item includes up to three rounds of proofs. Any additional proofs requested will be $5.00 each.
Q: What will my wedding stationery be printed on?
A: All stationery is printed on either bright white 90lb cover card stock, white 80lb linen cover card stock, natural (ivory) 80lb linen cover card stock, or brown kraft 67lb card stock.
Q: What color ribbon, ink and envelopes are available?
A: All wedding stationery will be customized to fit perfectly in to your wedding theme. I do not keep all of my ribbon on hand, but purchase it at a ribbon supply store as each order comes in. Just let me know what your wedding colors are and I'll let you know what there is available that will be the closest match. It is always a good idea to send me an image of your exact colors for the best results. You may also request to have either satin or sheer ribbon on your stationery if you want something specific.
Text can be customized and made any color you would like.
There are usually several envelope color options to choose from. The listings with more than one color option available have an envelope color chart you can view which is shown in the last photo in the listing.
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: This question is asked a lot, and I always have the same answer... this depends on a few things. First it depends on the style and quantity you are requesting. There is quite a time difference between 15 simple thank you cards and 200 sets of invitations with ribbon. Second it depends on your information. Do you have everything organized and ready to send to me? Be sure to have all of your wedding information (names, dates, order of ceremony, etc.) ready at the time of purchase. And third is the timing of the purchase. I start designing once the purchase is made and payment is cleared through PayPal.
I like to give an average time frame of two weeks. This is if your order is an average of 100 pieces of stationery (depending on exact design choice), if your information is ready to go, and payment is ready to be made through PayPal. Extra time will be added if your method of payment is made via eCheck through PayPal.
Q: Can I get any of your designs as a pdf or other digital version?
A: No, all of my designs are offered as the actual printed version only.
Q: Can I order an additional set of stationery that is different than my original design? I have some people that need to receive a card with different information that the rest.
A: Absolutely. Keep in mind that a $5.00 design fee is charged for each additional design requested. (ie. if you want any additional timeline designs that are different from your first original design. This is a lump sum fee of $5.00 per additional design, not per individual card).
Always keep in mind that every design can be customized to your liking with your personal information. Do consider though the style that you are seeing on the shop and the size of the stationery. You may need to come up with a different custom design if you have more information that what will fit in to the allotted space. Complete redesigns may have a $5.00 custom design fee.
