The beads are just what I needed to finish some earrings. There will be many other projects using these handy beads.

About

One artist, one mission.

There was a time when our artists and artisans defined our culture; when everything you touched was part of someone's vision. I want to bring that vision back to our world-- a handmade world, where every object and every moment is precious.

I want people to wear their dreams on their sleeves, or over their hearts. I want everyone to have a piece of something beautiful, made with vision and care and creativity.

I want people to see that no matter where we hail from, in our hearts our cultures collide. We are all one urban tribe.

Payment
I accept credit card payments via direct checkout and Paypal.

All custom orders must be paid in advance. This is to ensure adequate funds for materials and labor. Once payment is received, work will begin immediately and you will be kept informed at every step of the process.
Shipping
I carefully package each item to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. I usually ship within 3 business days of cleared payment. After an item is marked "shipped," your items should arrive in 3-5 business days via USPS First Class Mail (domestic).

A note to international customers: Please check out any possible shipping restrictions your country may hold. Some nations have rules against importing certain types of items, such as animal remains, precious metals, leather, etc. (which may apply to some of my items) that could prevent or delay delivery. The buyer is responsible for any customs fees that may apply, so please review your country's laws and policies before purchase. Delivery time depends on your locale. Two weeks is the usual window, but international mail service can be unpredictable, so please allow 30 days for international packages to arrive.

I have never had a problem getting anything through customs to date. International orders have gone smoothly overall so far.
Refunds and Exchanges
My return policy is on a flexible case-by-case basis. I believe in satisfied customers! If your item arrives broken or damaged, is somehow not what you expected, or if you are otherwise unsatisfied with your purchase due to circumstances within my control, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your item if you would like a return. I do ask that buyer pays return shipping. You will be fully refunded after I receive the item back in salable condition, or a replacement will be sent promptly, depending on our agreement.

Earrings and body jewelry cannot be returned for a refund for hygienic purposes. If one of these items breaks due to defect however, I would be willing to repair or replace it if possible.

Custom orders are final, except in the event of extraordinary circumstances. If the custom made item is salable, exceptions may be made.
Additional policies and FAQs
I buy all my supplies from sellers in the developed world or from fair trade sources whenever possible. My products are sweatshop and slavery free. I would rather pay more for my supplies than support child labor or other unethical business practices.
