The miners receive great pay and health insurance, they use environmentally sustainable methods of retrieval and handle all crystals with great care. If you're unsure of the size, we always recommend for you to use a ruler to get a good idea on the dimensions of a product. This way there are no surprises! We work hard to include this information for you to assist you in getting a clear picture of what you will receive. If you would like to add insurance to your package, reach out to us so we could include this in your package. There is a small fee for this. We don't cover damaged products. We do include extra bubble wrap every single time to ensure every item arrives safely. If something does arrive damaged, you can file a claim with USPS. You can file a claim if you purchased insurance.

We charge all crystals under the light of the Full Moon and place them around other crystals and plants. They are then kept in a positive/ High Vibe environment. Once your order comes through, we intuitively chose your crystal and smudge it with palo santo or sage. Our intention is for you to receive and feel the healing energy they abundantly offer.
When it comes to your package, we use sustainable materials such as biodegradable peanuts, recycled plastic (bubble wrap) given to us by friends and family as well as USPS packing supplies that can be returned to the Post Office.
Inside your Package- We love to add extra goodies to every order with intuitive selections and preparing your crystals with your unique energy. It's our way of saying "Thank You" for choosing our shop for your crystal needs and healing path. Gifts can range from crystals to chakra cards, a candle, incense or flowers.
Behind the scenes: We work with different vendors from around the world to offer you the most beautiful, high-quality crystals. It is always our joy to search for these beauties, getting to know their unique essence. Before sending your package out, we hold a blessing ritual in our personal altar space and infuse your crystals with the highest of intentions. Your crystals are then wrapped up with mega love & care.
