Unfortunately, I do not offer or take custom or personalized orders at this time due to time constraints.

Hard enamel pins are generally very sturdy and durable. You can wipe them clean with a soft, damp cloth then dry them immediately afterwards. However, take care not to expose your pins to cleaning chemicals or soak them in water, this can harm the enamel or metal. To store your pins, you can place them individually inside a soft pouch. You can also mount them on a cork board for display. Avoid letting your pins touch each other during storage as this may cause them to scratch one another.

I pack all orders personally, with care and by hand. Depending upon your order, I will package your items in different ways to ensure that it reaches you safe and sound.

Your order items are all personally inspected before they are packaged. Your pins will be hand-polished then attached to a backing card made of sturdy material and sealed in a bag. Depending on how many items are in your order and how far it has to go, I may wrap your order in some bubble wrap for additional protection.

At this time, I do not offer gift wrapping, but I do offer gift messages.

In the interest of saving paper, I do not include a printed receipt in most orders. Your account history typically contains your order's details. If you'd like a receipt printed and included with your order, please let me know!
