Greetings! All Oonawear items are my original designs, inspired by my daughter, Oona. If it's "Oonawear," it's a style that Oona would, did, and does wear. I design and knit pants, shorts, dresses, tops, pullovers, hoodies, and hats for kids age 0-6.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
Oonawear accepts payment through PayPal. Items are shipped on the next business day following completion of payment. There is an 8% gross receipts tax for our city, which is included in the cost of each item.
Shipping
Items will be sent by USPS priority mail whenever possible. I will contact you prior to shipping if further shipping costs and choices are indicated due to size of package and/or your destination.
Refunds and Exchanges
Oonawear returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt of item so long as the item has not been washed, worn or used. Return shipping is then the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a defect in the item.
Additional policies and FAQs
I do take custom orders based on the designs you see here. Custom orders take more time and involve some input from you including certain measurements as well as color and fiber selections. Pricing of all items (both custom orders and ready-made) is based on yardage (this estimates the labor time), material, and design complexity. Custom orders also include a small additional labor charge for resizing and design work.

Sizing:
Finished Oonawear garments allow for the following human proportions. There is a natural give to knitwear, so most girth measurements have at least 2 inches of stretch.

Chest:
Sz 1 ~ 17-19", Sz 2 ~ 19-21", Sz 3 ~ 20-22",
Sz 4 ~ 21-23", Sz 5 ~ 22-24", Sz 6 ~ 23-25"

Waistline:
Sz 1 ~ 18-20", Sz 2 ~ 19-21", Sz 3 ~ 19.5-21.5",
Sz 4 ~ 20-22", Sz 5 ~ 20.5-22.5", Sz 6 ~ 21-23"

Hipline:
Sz 1 ~ 19-21", Sz 2 ~ 20-22", Sz 3 ~ 20.75-22.75",
Sz 4 ~ 21.5-23.5", Sz 5 ~ 22.5-24.5", Sz 6 ~ 23.5-25.5"

Back Waist Length (back of neck to back of waist):
Sz 1 ~ 7.5", Sz 2 ~ 8.5", Sz 3 ~ 9", Sz 4 ~ 9.5", Sz 5 ~ 10", Sz 6 ~ 10.5"

Crotch Depth:
Sz 1 ~ 6.75", Sz 2 ~ 7", Sz 3 ~ 7.25", Sz 4 ~ 7.5", Sz 5 ~ 7.75", Sz 6 ~ 8"

Sz 1 ~ 11", Sz 2 ~ 12", Sz 3 ~ 13", Sz 4 ~ 14.5", Sz 5 ~ 16", Sz 6 ~ 18"

However, the skinny pants include extra length in the legs - for style and growth.

"Suggested Care" labels are stitched into all garments.
However, the best way to care for any knitted item is almost always the following: After washing gently in cold water (use a very small amount of gentle dish soap), squeeze dry. Do not twist or wring out. Lay damp garment out flat on a clean towel and roll up to absorb excess moisture. Lay out flat on a fresh towel to dry. Some small or lightweight items also do fine hung over a clean shower rod to dry. Acrylics are usually an exception to this rule and fine to machine wash and dry, but when in doubt, use the above method.
