Payment
♥ Please complete payment at the time of purchase through PayPal or through Direct Checkout. Etsy makes the checkout process very simple, luckily, but if you do have any trouble with the checkout process, please don't hesitate to ask me for assistance!
Shipping
♥ Shipping Methods:
I ship all of my items USPS First Class Mail. If you require a different shipping method, please message me before you complete checkout so we can work out the details.

♥ Shipping time:
For most items, please allow 1 - 3 business days for shipping. For made-to order items, allow up to 1 week, unless a specific listing explicitly states otherwise.

♥ Invoices:
I do not send invoices by default, since Etsy sends one through email and I don't like to waste paper. But if you really would prefer that I send one, just indicate this on checkout and I will be happy to include a hard copy. (:

♥ International Shipping:
I ship internationally, and I am always excited when I get an order from a part of the world I've never shipped to before! If you have any questions relating to this, let me know.
Additional policies and FAQs
♥ Custom Orders:
Yes, I do take custom orders! Feel free to message me if you have an idea for something special you’d like to have made. (:

If you are interested in having something that I have already made before (a remake of an old item or something in specific colors), there is no extra commission fee. Yay!

If you want anything new and exciting that I have never done before made, it is a little harder for me and I will add a small commission fee to the checkout price. This depends on the difficulty of the piece, and I will discuss this with you privately on request.

♥ Wholesale and Consignment:
I do wholesale and consignment with select retailers of art toys, handmade items, etc. If you have a cool store or gallery and are interested in my work, send me a message and we can talk details!

♥ Copyright:
All of the work I do is based on my own ideas and doodles, and all of my characters and patterns are original and copyrighted to me.

♥ Children:
Often I am asked if my toys are suitable for small children. The answer I usually give is to use your judgement - a lot of my toys have small parts that can be hazardous to little ones who like to eat everything smaller than their heads. I also use wire to make poseable tentacles, which does not hold up to heavy play, and the ends of these are sharp if they poke out.

Overall, I generally make toys with adults and older kids/teens in mind as the audience, and would not want anybody's child to be endangered by my work.

Thanks for reading! Have a beautiful day (:
