An ADHD brain?
Obwohl bei mir keine klinische Diagnose ADHS vorliegt, litt ich die meiste Zeit meines Lebens unter schweren Depressionen und hatte zusätzlich große Probleme mich zu konzentrieren, Informationen aufzunehmen und meine Emotionen zu regulieren.
Ich studiere derzeit auf Diplom in Beratung und möchte die Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse aus diesem Kurs nutzen, um weitere Antworten zu finden, mir selbst und anderen zu helfen, neues Wissen zu erlangen und bessere Strategien zur Verbesserung ihres Lebens zu nutzen.
In meiner Freizeit höre ich gerne YouTube-Videos von Lewis Howes und Ali Abdaal, in denen es um Philosophie, Leben und Weisheit geht.

Although I'm not clinically diagnosed with ADHD, I have had severe depression throughout most of my life and along with that I struggled a lot with focusing, taking in information and emotional regulation.
I am currently studying Diploma of Counselling and want to use the skills and knowledge from that course to find more answers, help myself and others unlock new wisdom, use better strategies to improve their life.
In my spare time I like to listen to Youtube videos by Lewis Howes and Ali Abdaal talk about philosophy, life and wisdom.
