Do you accept return cancellation on Digital Download Products?
Due to the nature of the digital download file, no refunds, cancellation can be offered. If there's any problem with the download please contact us for further assistance.
If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?
The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount.
Where can I find my download?
You should have received an automatic email with a download link. Make sure to check your spam/junk folder as it might have gone there.
You can also access your download in your Etsy account. In your Etsy account, go to “Your Purchases & Reviews”. There is a download button next to your purchase. BUT make sure you're logged into Etsy in the browser not the Etsy app. (You can not download through the Etsy app).
Custom and personalized orders
The size & orientation of the template is not editable unless you sign up to a Canva Pro Account. Custom Sizing is available - look for our Re-Size Add-On Listing and add to your purchase.
