Welcome to Openquote Designs! All work here is strictly digital, and Openquote Designs aims to provide high quality designs with good customer service to match. Current products include printable business cards, digital paper packs, and much more, with other products in the line.

The designs here are meant to bring joy and excite creativity. That being said, there are some rules - do's and don't's - to protect both you, the customer, and myself, the owner, and I would appreciate consideration of them.

Please do note that unless it is a custom order, or explicitly stated in the item's description, all items are strictly as-is, meaning that any changes will be subject to a charge (£3 per change; eg. £3 for a color change, and another £3 for a change in font).

All items will be sent after full payment has been made and cleared, unless otherwise stated in the item's description, or in a direct, written correspondence with me.

Once payment has been processed, Etsy will automatically make the files available for instant download.

PHYSICAL ITEMS

All items will be shipped via Royal Mail UK* with no tracking unless it is specifically requested for. If the buyer requests this at the point of purchase, I will send a further Paypal invoice for the additional cost, and ship the item when this payment has been received.

For UK shipping, I will obtain a certificate of posting from Royal Mail. For international shipping, I will obtain a receipt and a picture of the envelope/parcel in which the item is sent (with your address on it).

UK shipping: Royal Mail First Class (estimated 1 day delivery, per Royal Mail*).
International shipping: Royal Mail International Standard (estimated 5 - 7 days delivery, per Royal Mail*).

*Please note that I will send all items to Royal Mail within 48 business hours from the time of purchase. The actual delivery time, however, is subject to Royal Mail.

Additional policies and FAQs

Any changes for any design whereby I have to edit information (business cards, invitations, etc) are subject to a £3 charge for ANY changes made. For example, if you would like to change the background color and change the text, this is two separate charges, and hence, £6. If many changes are to be made, I recommend making a custom order instead.

Only small commercial use is permitted for digital paper designs and clip art, and only as part of something else (for example, you may use my designs in a scrapbook you plan to sell to a few people, but not as a design itself on a plain t-shirt). Small commercial use is defined to be limited to below a circulation of 100. For large-scale commercial use, please contact me.

You may not resell any items, or claim them to be your own. Credit to openquotedesigns.com would be very much appreciated.

For custom orders, I will send you pictures/screenshots of my progress as I go along (these will be watermarked). This way, you will have a good idea of how the finished product will look, and you can ask me to change things as I work. I will clearly state to you when I am sending the final proof. Once final files have been sent, I will not make any changes unless additional payment is made.
