Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

Returns and exchange details
You have 14 days upon receipt of your order to ask for a refund or exchange. In the unlikely event you want to return your item please message me on Etsy via the conversation system.

If the item has been damaged: I will ask you to send me a photo of the damaged item and if I deem the item to be faulty, I will send you out a replacement free of charge.

If the print is not faulty or damaged but you do not like the print for aesthetic reasons: It is up to you to cover the cost of the return postage. I will refund the print once I have received it back in good condition. *The refund excludes the cost of the initial shipping fee and any state sales tax (The money that will be refunded back to you is just the cost of the print).

If you are unhappy with the item for any other reason, please don't hesitate to contact me before leaving any public feedback. This will enable be to do my upmost to resolve your issue :)

Payment is handled securely by Paypal or you can make secure purchases with your credit card :)
Shipping
*Please note due to the pandemic shipping may take longer than advertised. Please bare this in mind when ordering your print and allow extra time for your order to reach you.

*All international orders (outside the U.K) are sent via Standard Royal Airmail... this does NOT come with any Tracking number. If you wish to track your order please ensure that you chose to upgrade your shipping at the checkout to "Tracked". This will enable you to see where your print is in transit until it reaches you.

Delivery Time Estimates
UK: 1 - 3 days
Europe: 1 - 2 weeks
Rest of the World: 1 - 4 weeks.

Missing or delayed prints
U.K. I will wait a week for the print to arrive before issuing a refund or replacement.

Europe: I will wait 4 weeks for the print to arrive before issuing a refund or replacement.

Rest of the World
I will wait 6 weeks for the print to arrive before issuing a refund or replacement.

Please note that It is your responsibility to ensure you give me the correct shipping address. I'm unable to replace or refund any purchase if you have provided the incorrect address.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what your additional costs will be prior to buying.
