Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
You have 14 days upon receipt of your order to ask for a refund or exchange. In the unlikely event you want to return your item please message me on Etsy via the conversation system.

If the item has been damaged: I will ask you to send me a photo of the damaged item and the envelope. If I deem the item to be faulty, I will send you out a replacement free of charge.

Refunds will only be given out once the print is returned back to me. It is the customers responsibility to cover the cost of the return postage. The refund excludes the cost of the initial shipping fee and any state sales tax.

If you do not like the print for aesthetic reasons: It is up to you to cover the cost of the return postage. I will refund the print once I have received it back in good condition. *The refund excludes the cost of the initial shipping fee and any state sales tax (The money that will be refunded back to you is just the cost of the print).

If you are unhappy with the item for any other reason, please don't hesitate to contact me before leaving any public feedback. This will enable be to do my upmost to resolve your issue :)

*Please note due to the pandemic shipping may take a little longer than usual. Please bare this in mind when ordering your print and allow extra time for your order to reach you. Thank you : )

Postage *Estimates*
UK: 1 - 3 days
Europe: 1 - 2 weeks
Rest of the World: 1 - 4 weeks.

Custom duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what your additional costs will be prior to buying.

Items sent to the EU over €22 may be taxed at the border and may incur a customs clearance/handling fee in the receiving country. It’s the buyers responsibility to pay these charges.

Please note that It is your responsibility to ensure you give me the correct shipping address. I'm unable to replace or refund any purchase if you have provided the incorrect address.
