Shop policies

Thanks for visiting my photography shop! All of my photos are printed on 8x10 Kodak Endura paper which is an archival paper with a semi-gloss finish. The paper and the ink will last a lifetime. Please keep in mind, the color on your monitor may be slightly different than the printed color.

All prints are done by a professional lab, so please allow up to twelve business days for delivery. This provides me the time to send out the order and inspect the prints so that you receive the best possible product. I package each print carefully inside a clear plastic, sealed sleeve to protect against moisture and use a rigid photo envelope for mailing.

I accept payments through Direct Checkout (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), Etsy Gift Cards or PayPal. PayPal accepts all major credit cards as well as e-checks and offers industry-leading security measures and buyer protection.

Orders will be processed once payments are cleared.

If you change your mind after placing an order, please contact me so that I can assist you with the payment process or cancel the order if you choose to do so. If payment has not been received within 7 days of placing your order, with no email correspondence, I will need to cancel the order.
Within the US:
Please allow up to 12 business days for delivery (excluding postal holidays). If you need an item to arrive sooner, express shipping is available for an additional charge; contact me for information prior to making a purchase.

Orders are shipped by USPS First-Class Mail to the address listed on your Etsy invoice (not your PayPal account), so please make sure it is correct. If a package is returned to me because the address is incorrect, I will have to charge for additional shipping to send the package to an alternate address.

If you want the package insured, please contact me and I will quote you a price and add that cost to your order if you choose to purchase it.

If you would like a Delivery Confirmation with a tracking number, the cost is $0.85 - please let me know before you purchase and I can add it to your order.

In the event your package might be lost, I ask you to wait 8 weeks before contacting me to replace your item just in case the package arrives within that timeframe.

International orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail International. Please note that the buyer is responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but I work hard to get your package on its way from the US in a timely manner.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem with an item, contact me in detail within 4 weeks from the order date, and I will make it right. If your item is damaged upon receipt, please send me a photo of the item with a description of the damage, and I will provide a replacement or refund. If you simply do not like the item, ship it back to me in its original condition and packaging with a copy of your invoice for a full refund, minus original shipping costs (you are responsible for the return shipping costs).
