Please make payment through PayPal.
All orders will be shipped from Singapore via SingPost registered mail upon clearance of payment. Registered mail requires a signature upon delivery and offers tracking to most countries, including USA, Canada, UK and Australia. Tracking status enquiry: http://www.singpost.com

✈INTERNATIONAL (approx. 10-21 business days, subject to customs clearance, if any)

All orders are shipped to the Etsy Address by default. If you intend to deliver your order to another address, please fill in at the "message to seller" box during check-out.
Ownership of the goods passes to the customer upon shipment. Should your package be lost during transit, we will gladly assist you in recovering your goods by initiating a trace from our end, however we will not replace lost packages at our expense.
OpusMuse may use recycled packaging materials like bubble wrap, padded enveloped for shipping from time to time. But other than that, all other packaging is new.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want happy returning customers. So, if you're not totally happy with your purchase, exchanges are acceptable, on a case by case basis. Please contact me within 3 days of receipt of your item/s. Items shall be returned to me by Registered Mail in their original condition & packaging, unused. Shipping is non-refundable & buyer has to bear any additional shipping costs, unless discussed otherwise. With all issues, communication is key.
There will be no returns/exchanges for Earrings for hygiene reasons.
All OpusMuse pieces are created in a smoke & pet free studio. All earrings sold are New & Unworn (those shown worn in my shop are my own).
